New Position, New Skills

I have not recently been writing because I have been busy with my new position as Online Development Coordinator at the Capital Area Food Bank.

Most of my career has been working with nonprofits online, so this position has been perfect for me to really do the things I do well at full-time, while picking up some new skills along the way.

I have been learning Convio's nonprofit tools extensively. I am currently learning several of their products that involve data integration, competitive fundraising applications, and online community engagement. It has been a great opportunity to test ideas, analyze data of past online campaigns, and learn some interesting new tools.

I have also been doing more and more email marketing research. Subject lines, link positioning, and personalized text are a few things I have been testing in recent campaigns.

Anyone know any cool web tools for nonprofits? Any tools for fundraising, social marketing, email, or advocacy I should check out?
